Kalkan Olivia Villas is designed as an estate project which will also contribute to turn its surrounding into one of the most prestigious and functional areas in Kalkan.

The eastern part of the land, which is adjacent to the main entrance road to Kalkan is designed as a commercial zone. This part of the land is about 3.250 m2, and a very good location for any commercial activity. The area is planned to supply main goods to the estate owners and also serve to whole Kalkan area.

There are for similar blocks of buildings on the southern part of the zone. These are reserved for shops and offices. One of these buildings will be designed as a sports and health centre with training and fitness areas and squash courts. The one which lies on the south-east corner of the zone will be designed as a café and a terrace restaurant.

The open area covered with a tensile membrane will be a small grass stepped area which is suitable to serve for the residents and the local people.

The large block on the north of the zone is planned to be a supermarket.
